Bridesmaids (2011)

Directed by Paul Feig

Starring Kristen Wiig, Maya Rudolph, Rose Byrne and Chris O’Dawd

A childhood friend is getting married and Annie wants to be the best maid of honour possible. However things don’t go to plan when a new friend of the bride tries to out do everything she is planning to become a battle of the best.

This is a full out comedy for the female viewer. I sort of expected what i was going to get although I thought it was going to be a lot funnier than it actually was. You do get some real cringe moments but the film just didn’t live up to the hype that I expected. The best thing in it was Chris O’Dawd but he wasn’t even that funny in the film.

Recommend

If you are a man and haven’t seen this i would say you could easily never see this film. For the ladies I’m sure you will find parts of this really funny and disgusting at the same time. For me I can probably say I will ever watch this again, just wasn’t for me.
